This competition is seeking digital entries in four categories: Photography, Video, Animation and Graphic/Poster Design.

Works should communicate the HIV/AIDS prevention message or explore HIV/AIDS-related experiences.

Additionally, merit awards and other prizes will be awarded to deserving entries.

* Awards are based on sponsorship agreements and are subject to changes.

Winners will be notified by post by end-November.
The awards ceremony will be conducted in December 06 in conjunction with World AIDS Day.

• Entries shall be digital, original and unpublished works.
• Entries may be made either by individuals or groups (however, only one award will be presented for each winning entry).
• There are no restrictions to the number of entries per entrant.
• All entries, should be submitted in a properly labeled CD/DVD and should be accompanied by the contest entry form.
• Digital Photography and Graphic/Poster Design entries must be accompanied by a minimum 5R (5”x7”) print per image.
• Digital Photography and Graphic/Poster Design entries must have a minimum of 300dpi and are to be submitted in .jpg, .eps, .pdf or .tiff format.
• Digital Animation and Digital Video entries are to be submitted in Flash, .avi, .mpeg or DVD format, with a minimum screen resolution of 640 x 480.
• Digital Animation and Digital Video entries should not last more than 60 seconds.
• All files should be readable in PC and Mac format.
• Entries will not be returned.
• Action for AIDS reserves the right to use, reproduce, and publicly display all entered works for the purpose of this competition and for future HIV/AIDS awareness campaigns/events.
